Welcome to Best Paragliding Tenerife. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our paragliding services, website, and booking system. By booking a flight or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction

Best Paragliding Tenerife provides tandem paragliding flights and related services in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Our services are operated by qualified, licensed pilots who prioritize safety and customer satisfaction. These terms apply to all bookings, services, and interactions with our company.

2. Services

We offer tandem paragliding flights from various locations across Tenerife. Our services include:

• Tandem paragliding flights (passenger + pilot)
• Professional photography services (additional cost)
• Pickup and transport from designated meeting points
• Briefing and safety instructions

All flights are subject to weather conditions and pilot discretion for safety reasons.

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or phone. Payment terms:

• Deposit required to secure booking (full payment due before flight)
• Payments processed securely through our payment provider
• Prices include pickup, flight, and basic insurance
• All prices quoted in Euros (€)
• Additional services (photography) billed separately

Booking confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp once payment is processed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

• More than 48 hours before flight: Full refund (except advance payments to agents)
• 24-48 hours before flight: 50% refund (except advance payments to agents)
• Less than 24 hours before flight: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Cancellation by Best Paragliding Tenerife:

Full refund if we cancel due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns (except advance payments to agents). We will offer alternative dates when possible.

Weather-related cancellations may occur on the day of the flight. We monitor conditions continuously and will inform you of any changes.

5. Safety and Liability

Safety First: Paragliding is an adventure sport with inherent risks. Our pilots are certified professionals with extensive experience. All safety procedures and equipment checks are strictly followed.

Participant Requirements:

• Minimum age: 8 years (parental consent required for minors)
• Maximum weight: 100kg (including clothing)
• Good physical health and no medical conditions affecting participation
• Ability to follow safety instructions
• No consumption of drugs or alcohol within 24 hours before flight

Liability: While we take every precaution for safety, participants fly at their own risk. Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We recommend travel insurance that covers adventure sports.

Medical Declaration: All participants must complete a medical declaration form confirming they are fit to participate.
